FIP.am (acronym: Fact Investigation Platform) discloses false or misleading information published by Armenian officials, government bodies, political parties, and the media. Its mission is to reduce the dissemination of disinformation and its impact on shaping public opinion and decision-making.

All FIP.am's published information adheres to the ethics of journalism and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

According to its website, FIP.am does not "represent the interests of any political party or other groups," nor does it "promote, encourage, or condone wars of aggression, human rights violations, or crimes against humanity or nature".

The NGO Union of Informed Citizens is the founding organisation of FIP.am. It is a non-governmental organisation aiming to raise public awareness on relevant issues for Armenian citizens.
